NVI collection quality mark
The collection quality mark (the quality hallmark of all collection agencies, which are member of the Dutch Federation of Collection Associations (NVI)) has been granted to Universum Inkasso B.V.
The collection quality mark has been developed in cooperation with the Quality Mark Institute. Furthermore close contacts have taken place with the government, several consumer organizations, the Confederation of Netherlands Industry and Employers (known as VNO-NCW) and other parties, which are in any form in contact with the NVI. Their experiences and ideas are incorporated in the quality mark.
Such a certified collection firm must show every year that it still complies with the requirements concerned. The quality mark obliges us therefore to fulfil all rules always and in all circumstances.
The development of the quality mark and the next step of recognition have one important goal: to give the confidence and the certainty to the government, companies (principals) and concumers(organizations) that collection activities in the Netherlands wil be performed correctly and carefully. The quality mark gives that guarantee, without any doubt.
